Do you use customer/client feedback?
Do you ask for customer feedback? We think it’s vital and the type question you use is important! Is it open ended? Do you ask the client what they think? or…do your customers have choices based on a sliding scale (3.5 or 7 or 9)?
Do you know why you ask for feedback? If you’re not going to use the data, you’re wasting you clients time!
Afterwards – do you follow up? A personal note goes a long long way! “Yes, thank you for your feedback and because we listened we’ve made some changes”. You’d be surprised how powerful telling your client that their opinion matters!
